Shipping & Return Policy
Returns
Rosebud Clothing Co. does not allow returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective. All items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, with tags, and within 7 days of the date the items were shipped to you.
You must notify us at hello@shoprosebudclothing.com within 24 hours of receiving your items in order to qualify for a refund.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on custom items.
Shipping
Rosebud Clothing Co. strives to ship your items as quickly as possible. Our shipping turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days, not counting the day you place your order. This means your items will not be packaged for shipping for 7 to 10 days after placing your order. Items tagged and posted as READY TO SHIP (RTS) are the only exception to this rule. These items will be shipped 3 to 5 business days after the date of your order.
Once your items have been picked up by a mailing service Rosebud Clothing Co. is not responsible for any shipping delays.
We only process orders on business days, during business hours. This allows us to set and respect our work/life boundaries and spend uninterrupted time with our families.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM, excluding holidays.
Additionally, we will no longer offer the option to combine orders after they have been placed. Due to shipping cost increases, our products are listed at exact shipping weight and we try to give you the best possible shipping rate for each order. In order to continue doing so, we cannot allow products to be added on to an order after it has already been placed.
We are not able to combine pre-order items with ready to ship items. Our pre-order and ready to ship items are inventoried and processed differently, making it extremely difficult to combine these orders. Moving forward all pre-order items will be sold independently of other items.
