However, mistakes do happen and if something is wrong with your order please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your package so that we can make things right. 

Shipping prices are based on purchase weight. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. 

We do our absolute best to ship out within 2-3 business days of your order. We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted.

You may select store pickup as an option at check out. 

In the case of a defective product or wrong item, please email us with your concerns.
