Instructions: Place transfer on garment, press at 305 degrees for 10 seconds covering with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper using a commercial heat press.

Uncover and let transfer cool.

Peel transfer off garment, press again for 10 seconds for a matte finish. 

Temperature: 302 for 10 seconds
